The problem

Salons in India run almost entirely on WhatsApp and word of mouth. Namastey had built eight years of trust and a loyal base - but owned no digital channel to showcase work, communicate offers, capture bookings or retain members. Every promotion lived and died inside a single WhatsApp broadcast.

Build a digital system that felt as warm as the salon - not sterile, not generic, genuinely Namastey - while doing the practical work of marketing, booking and member retention for an audience that lives on its phone.

The approach

Translate eight years of in-chair warmth into an owned digital home that books as easily as sending a WhatsApp message.

  1. 01

Diagnose the real gap - ownership, not visibility

They didn't lack trust; they lacked a channel they owned. Every decision aimed at moving the brand off borrowed WhatsApp rails onto a home of its own.

  2. 02

Make the brand feel like the room

A warm terracotta-and cream palette mirrors the salon's interior mood, so the site reads as unmistakably Namastey rather than a template - feeling, not just function.

  3. 03

Put booking on the rails clients already use

WhatsApp integration plus a booking form, mobile-first throughout, so a phone-based audience books in a tap with no app and no friction.

  4. 04

Merchandise the full business in one place

Six service categories with clear pricing, team profiles, membership plans, and home-service (within 3km) framed as a first-class offering - the entire offer, self-serve, before anyone messages.

  5. 05

Give them an owned promotion + content channel

A live offers ticker and a blog replace the one-shot WhatsApp broadcast with something that compounds and stays under the salon's control.

What we built

A war visual identity, not a generic template

Why

A salon sells feeling; a sterile, off-the-shelf site quietly contradicts eight years of in-room warms.

What changed

A terracotta-and-cream system mirrors the interior, so the site feels like Namastey the moment it loads.

WhatsApp-led, mobile-first booking

Why

The audience is almost entirely phone-based and already lives on WhatsApp.

What changed

Booking happens in a tap on the channel clients already use - no app, no friction.

Home service treated as a first-class offering

Why

A 3km home-service radius is a genuine differentiator most salons bury in fine print.

What changed

It's positioned as a headline service, not a footnote.

An owned offers + content channel

Why

Every promotion previously evaporated inside a single WhatsApp broadcast.

What changed

A live offers ticker plus a blog give the salon a channel that compounds instead of disappearing.

the whole business, merchandised on one surface

Why

Services, pricing, team, membership and bookings were scattered across chats and memory.

What changed

One branded page holds the entire offer - clients self-qualify before they every send a message.

The result · Proven results

A complete owned digital presence that replaces WhatsApp-only marketing. Clients can discover services, view pricing, explore the team, read the blog and book - all without leaving the brand experience. It gives an eight-year-old, deeply-trusted local salon the digital standing of a premium brand while staying unmistakably itself, and gives the owners a single place to run promotions, bookings and their team's presence instead of a scatter of chats.

We've built Namastey on trust for eight years, but online we were almost invisible. This is the first time our brand feels as warm on screen as it does in the chair. Clients now book without a single back-and-forth message, we run our bookings and our team from one place instead of a dozen chats, and honestly - it's made us stand out from every other salon around Kharghar. It finally looks like the salon we actually are.
