The problem
A premium fitness coach has the method but no proof of it - a first-time visitor can't tell structured, data-driven coaching from a generic trainer, and there's no way to qualify or capture serious clients beyond DMs.
Do it for an audience that's time-poor and has learned to distrust fitness marketing - without a booking platform or backend the coach has to maintain. The site has to sell a premium, high-trust service and filter for serious clients on the rails he already runs: a simpler application and WhatsApp.
